Sleeping

Sleeping is one of the best things to do: period. I sleep all the time, and not just at bed time. Everyone needs a nap once and a while. When I'm feeling down, I sleep. When I'm feeling sick, I sleep. When I'm angry I sleep. Sleep is a healthy; I repeat, healthy, distraction from life's daily chores and hardships. Sleep is better than ice cream!
